Filter

Barrier against contaminants

Removes solid particles (down to 5 µm), condensate and oil impurities through a combined system of cyclonic separation and porous filtration. Cyclonic separation uses centrifugal force to separate heavier particles, while the filter element captures finer particles.

Regulator

Stability and operational precision

Maintains constant working pressure regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations. A balanced diaphragm and calibrated spring ensure precise regulation with a maximum variation of ±2%. Eliminates pulsations that can damage downstream components.

Lubricator

Active protection of moving parts

Uses the Venturi effect to atomize micro-droplets of oil into the compressed air. This oil mist reaches and lubricates seals, valves and all components with moving parts, reducing friction and preventing wear. Dosage is adjustable according to requirements.
